    Rates & Insurance

    Rates

Please contact us for rates and availability. As of Jan. 1, 2022, we are required to provide a standard notice explaining your right to a Good Faith Estimate of service costs under the No Surprises Act. Read and save our notice.

    Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. It is the client’s responsibility to handle the reimbursement process. I do not work with insurance companies at this time.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

    • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
    • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
    • Does my plan limit how many sessions per the calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
    • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

    Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

    Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that I require a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancelation in order to avoid being charged a cancelation fee. If you do not provide at least 48 hours notice of cancelation or miss an appointment, you will be charged the standard session fee. I do not reschedule with new clients who “no-show” their first appointment. Current clients are required to pay the cancelation fee before scheduling another session. Please be aware that insurance does not cover late cancelations or missed appointments.
